Clint Tabone names final Women’s Under-17 squad for upcoming UEFA WU17 Championship qualifiers

Malta Women’s Under-17 National Team Coach Clint Tabone has announced a 20-player final squad for the upcoming UEFA WU17 European Championship Qualifiers.

Malta will be playing in Group 1 of League B in the second qualifying round of the 2025/26 UEFA European WU17 Championship, facing Belarus, Lithuania and Estonia.

The group is set to be a very competitive one, as the three teams take each other on at the Centenary Stadium.

The opening match will see Malta face Lithuania on Friday 27th March, with kick-off at 15:00hrs. Following that, Malta will take on Belarus on Monday 30th March, kicking off at 14:30hrs. Malta’s final match of the group will see them face Estonia on Thursday 2nd April, with kick-off at 11:00hrs.

The team will be gaining further experience on the international stage, as they continue their development against strong opposition.
