Marsa will be playing in the National Amateur League I next season after being held in a 1-1 draw by Zebbug Rangers in a match from the BOV Challenge League Play-Out at the Victor Tedesco Stadium on Saturday.
Ryan Fenech’s side needed a win to force a decider against the same Zebbug and managed to take the lead thanks to Gabriel Cruz on 27 minutes. However Zebbug equalised through Shedrack Tegwi Thomas on 75 minutes.
Marsa join Mtarfa in the Amateur League I after the latter were relegated earlier this season.
