Sliema Wanderers came back from two goals down to rescue a point in a 2-2 draw with bottom-placed Mosta in a match from the YoHealth Malta Premier Bottom 6 at the Gozo Stadium on Sunday.
Mosta, therefore, dropped two important points which would have put them on level points with Zabbar and Tarxien to stay at the bottom of the table with 9 points, two behind Zabbar and Tarxien and four behind Hibernians.
Giancarlo Goncalves put Mosta ahead on 28 minutes and Prince Chibuzor Emmanuel doubled the score on 66 minutes. Luke Montebello reduced the gap eleven minutes later and Vito Plut notched the equaliser on the 90th.
