Enemed Futsal Premier League play-off semi-finalists confirmed

The Enemed Futsal Premier League featured the final two matches of the regular season, along with a decisive clash to determine third and fourth place in the standings, key positions that shape the playoffs which will ultimately decide the league champions.

In the first match, University of Malta Futsal delivered a dominant performance, defeating Żejtun with an emphatic 23-1 scoreline. This result confirmed the University side in second place, heading into the playoffs with strong momentum. In the second match, Luxol St Andrews Futsal closed their regular season campaign with a 6-1 victory over GŻR Birżebbuġa St. Peter’s Futsal. This defeat meant Birżebbuġa had to face Marsaskala Futsal Legends in a decider to determine the final league positions.

Marsaskala Futsal Legends staged an impressive comeback. Trailing 3-1 at halftime, they turned the game around to secure a 7-5 victory, confirming their place in third position.

With these results, the playoff semi-finals are now set. In Semi-Final 1, University of Malta Futsal will face Marsaskala Futsal Legends, with the first leg scheduled for Friday 24 April 2026 at 18:30 at the National Sports School, and the second leg on Friday 1 May 2026 at 19:15 at the same venue.

In Semi-Final 2, Luxol St Andrews Futsal will take on GŻR Birżebbuġa St. Peter’s Futsal, with the first leg on Friday 24 April 2026 at 20:45 and the second leg on Friday 1 May 2026 at 17:00, also at the National Sports School.
