Hamrun Spartans secured the services of twenty eight year old midfielder Jake Grech.
A product of the club, Grech moved to Birkirkara in summer 2017. He joined Hibernians in January 2019 but left the club to join Balzan in summer 2023. However in January 2024, Grech moved to Floriana.
The Spartans had earlier signed Emmanuel Ernest and Messie Biatoumoussoka while confirming the departure of Henry Bonello and Joseph Mbong apart from Mouad El Fanis, Blessing Eleke, Ivan Inzoudine and Michele Carboni.
