Hibernians continued to strengthen their squad with the signing of twenty five year old Italian goalkeeper Matteo Cardinali and nineteen year old German midfielder Jamie Jonathan Wähling.
A product of Roma, Cardinali who was an Under-17 international, played for Matelica, Latina, Citadella and Reggiana.
Wahling on the other hand, played for FC Neureut, Karlsruher SC and TSG 1899 Hoffenheim in Germany before moving to England last season to join Derby County.
The Paolites had earlier appointed Tuğberk Tanrıvermiş as their new coach and signed Joseph Mbong, Nathan Agius, Leandro Lacunza, Ryder Matos, Olivier N’Zi, Moritz Römling and Pablo Sanchez.
