Birzebbuga St. Peter’s signed thirty year old midfielder Zack Scerri.
After starting his career at the St. Andrews nursery, Zachary Scerri moved to Hibernians with whom he made his Premier League debut. He was loaned to Gzira United in seasons 2016/17 and 2017/18, moving to the Maroons in summer 2018. He switched to Floriana in January 2025.
The newly-promoted side have confirmed Edgar Degabriele as their coach and had earlier announced the signing of Gustavo Felipe, Luis Riascos, Alessandro Coppola, Jackson Mendoza, Yuri Messias, Shaun Dimech, Kurt Bondin, Mattia Santi, Stipe Tokić, Rasmus Thellufsen, Daishawn Redan, Sam Azimzadeh Tabrizi, Pietro Tomaselli and goalkeeper Matteo Chiesa.
