Malta Under-21 National Team Coach Davide Mazzotta has announced a 30-player squad for the final matches of the 2027 UEFA European U21 Championship Qualifiers.
During the new September-October international window, the team will be playing three matches, concluding its campaign in Group F.
The team will first face off against Northern Ireland at the Centenary Stadium, with the encounter taking place on 26th September 2026 at 19:00hrs. This will then be followed by a match against European giants Germany, marking the final home match of the qualifiers. This encounter will be held at the Centenary Stadium on 30th September 2026, with kick-off at 19:00hrs.

After the back-to-back home matches, the Malta U21 National Team will then travel to Riga to face Latvia at the Daugava Stadium. The match is scheduled to be held on 6th October 2026, kicking off at 18:00hrs.
These three matches will prove to be a good test for the young team, as the players continue to gain further international experience against top opposition, while also looking to close the campaign with positive displays in front of the home crowd.
