Silvio Vella names Under-15 squad for UEFA Development Tournament

Malta Under-15 National Team Coach Silvio Vella has announced a 20-player squad for the upcoming UEFA Development Tournament that will be held over the coming days.

The team will be facing Azerbaijan, Latvia and Lithuania in three matches in the space of a few days, as the young team looks to build on its impressive recent results against Cyprus. Over the past few days, the Malta U15 National Team played Cyprus twice in two international friendlies, and in both matches, Malta came away as 3-2 winners, after two thrilling encounters.

Malta will kickstart the tournament with a clash against Lithuania on Wednesday 21st October at the Centenary Stadium. The match is scheduled to kick off at 13:30hrs.
