Meanwhile in the first match, Hibernians face Marsaxlokk.
The Paolites shared the spoils in an entertaining 3-3 draw with Sliema Wanderers in their first outing and will now target a first win as they face the Southseasiders.
Marsaxlokk, on the other hand, aim at obtaining their second win after defeating Mosta 5-2 on Saturday.
