Like Hibernians, the Wanderers are still unbeaten, winning four of the six matches played. They are coming from a narrow win over Floriana last week.
Last weekend, Valletta went down 0-1 to Birkirkara – their second defeat in six matches. A win over Sliema would put the Citizens in second place on fifteen points.
Clifford Gatt Baldacchino returns for Sliema after serving a one-match ban. Valletta will be without the injured Ian Azzopardi.
Meanwhile in the first match, Naxxar Lions hope to return to winning ways as they take on Rabat Ajax, kick-off at 16:00.
Naxxar lost to Valletta and Mosta in their last two outings but a win over the Magpies, who are the only team without any points after six matches, would put them back on track as they would jump into sixth place. Rabat hope to collect their first points on Sunday but their performances need to improve considerably.
Joseph Caruana is ruled out injured for Rabat but Malcolm Licari may return after missing the last two matches. Angus Buhagiar returns for Naxxar but Terence Scerri and Andre Rocha da Silva are unavailable due to injuries.
