Despite speculations linking him elsewhere, Sliema Wanderers captain Alex Muscat will be staying with the club after extending his contract for another four years.
A product of Sliema Wanderers, Alex Muscat made his Premier League debut while on loan with Balzan Youths in season 2003/04. Earlier he had another spell on loan with Lija Athletic.
