Six players were suspended by the MFA Disciplinary Commissioner following the matches from the fourth round of the FA Trophy.
Birkirkara defender Joseph Zerafa was banned for three matches, Marcelo Dias (Hibernians) for two while Andrei Agius (Hibs), Erjon Beu (Lija), Paltemio Barbetti (Pembroke) and Dylan Agius (Pietà) were all suspended for one match.
Zerafa and Barbetti will serve the bans in the FA Trophy as Birkirkara and Pembroke progressed to the fourth round. On the other hand, Marcelo Dias and Andrei Agius will have to serve the suspension in the Premier League while Erjon Beu and Dylon Agius in the First Division.
