Gzira United signed twenty eight year old defender Kurt Zammit from Birkirkara.
A product of the Stripes, Zammit has always played for Birkirkara apart from a spell on loan with Tarxien Rainbows in season 2016/17.
The Maroons had earlier signed goalkeepers Giulio Mangano and Marko Copic together with Diogo Barbosa Shaquill Sno, Stefan Denic and Lucas Macula. They are also expected to sign Mario Fontanella.
