Valletta secured the services of Serbian twenty seven year old central defender Sava Radic.
A product of FK Cukaricki, Radic also played for FK Becej 1918, FK Trayal Kruševac, OFK Backa and FK Dubocica Leskovac in Serbia before moving to Northern Macedonia where he played for AP Brera Strumica and Struga Trim & Lum
The Citizens, who have confirmed Thane Micallef as their coach, had earlier signed goalkeeper Adilson Maringá, Mattias Ellul, Yannick Yankam, Thomas Melillo, Shaft Brewer Jr, Emmanuel Mbende and Thaylor and agreed deals with goalkeeper Timmy Aquilina, Zachary Cassar, Neil Micallef, Rowen Muscat and Andrea Zammit but James Scicluna, Peter Xuereb, Ayrton Attard, Neil Tabone, Christian Gauci, Enoch Mushagalusa, Enzo Ruiz, Aidan Friggieri and Jefferson Ferreira were not retained.
