Under-19 national team to host Belarus in two friendly matches

Malta Under-19 National Team Coach Vasco Regini has named a 28-man squad for the team’s upcoming international friendly double-header against Belarus.

Malta will be facing Belarus twice in the space of a few days, with both matches being played at home.

The first encounter will take place on Friday 10th October at the Centenary Stadium in Ta’ Qali, with kick-off at 18:00hrs. This will then be followed by another clash, this time on Monday 13th October at Pitch Number One of the Malta FA Training Grounds in Ta’ Qali, also kicking off at 18:00hrs.

In the previous international window, the first under Coach Regini, the U19 National Team faced off against Latvia in two international friendly matches. While the team suffered defeats in both encounters, it served as a great experience for the team to continue its development.
