David Attard names women’s Under-19 squad for Lebanon double-header

Malta Women’s Under-19 National Team Coach David Attard has named a 19-player squad for the team’s upcoming double-header against Lebanon.

The team will be taking on Lebanon at the Centenary Stadium twice in the space of three days in the coming week.

The first match will be played on Wednesday 22nd October, with kick-off at 15:00hrs. This will then be followed by another encounter, this time on Friday 24th October, also kicking off at 15:00hrs.

These matches will serve as great preparation for the young team ahead of their upcoming UEFA WU19 European Championship Round 1 campaign, where Malta will be playing in Group 6 of League B. Malta, the group’s hosts, will also be joined by Israel, Latvia, and Kazakhstan.
