Sliema Wanderers and Zabbar St. Patrick are the first two semi-finalists of the Malta FA Jubilee Cup after they both emerged as winners in the first two quarter-finals which were played on Saturday at the Centenary Stadium.
The Wanderers and the Saints will be facing each other in the second semi-final at the National Stadium on Wednesday, kick-off at 20:45. The other semi-final will be between the winners of Valletta vs Hamrun Spartans and Tarxien Rainbows vs Marsaxlokk.
In the first match, Sliema Wanderers scored twice in the second half to beat Mosta 2-0.
Following a goalless first half, Sliema managed to take the lead one minute in the second half, with a diagonal shot by Fernandinho from the right beat goalkeeper Ngoubi Demba.
Sliema doubled the score on 62 minutes when they hit the crossbar with a corner from the right and Miguel Baggio placed the ball at the back of the net off the rebound.

In the second match, Zabbar St. Patrick found no difficulty in beating BOV Challenge League side Zebbug Rangers 8-0.
Zabbar managed to take the lead on 8 minutes when off an assist from the left by Brian Gambarte, Jake Micallef slotted the ball past goalkeeper Jake Scicluna.
Three minutes later, Zabbar doubled the score when Jurgen Pisani served Haroun Tchaouna who hit low past the Zebbug goalkeeper.
Zabbar made it 3-0 on 16 minutes when off a cross from the left by Nicholas James Agius, Mayron headed home.
Jake Micallef was unlucky to hit the crossbar with a header with the ball being cleared into a corner and from the resulting corner from the left on 26 minutes, Mayron hit home from close range.
Three minutes later, Pedro Cejas scored the fifth goal with a direct free kick from just outside the area.
Two minutes in added time, Abu Dumbuya made it 6-0 for Zabbar when he beat Scicluna from close range after being released into the area by Cejas with two defenders failing to clear the ball into safety.
Zabbar made it 7-0 on 63 minutes when Nicholas James Agius converted a penalty after Christian Grech handled the ball inside the area.
Six minutes from time, substitute Timothy Abiodun Eviparker converted another penalty after Tchaouna was brought down inside the area.
