Eleven players were suspended by the Malta FA Disciplinary Commissioner after match-day 15 of the YoHealth Malta Premier Opening Round.
Lucas Macula, Manuel Morello and Geoffrey Acheampong (Birkirkara), Vincenzo Polito (Hamrun), Yuri Messias (Valletta), Kante and Lucis Riascos (Gzira), Alfred Silas Hamanjoda, Miullen and Pedrao (Hibernians) and Strahinja Jovancic (Zabbar) were all banned for one match while Marsaxlokk assistant coach Erdal Karaman was banned for ten matches.
