In a statement, the Malta Premier League welcomed the public consultation launched by the Government and the Planning Authority regarding the commercialisation of sports facilities.
“The MPL is of the opinion that the proposed policy strikes an appropriate balance so that sports entities can have a sustainable income while the people are given an acceptable value for public property.
This while protecting the environment and keeping the projects sport at their centre.”
