Luxol registered a 9-3 win over Mriehel ESS. After going seven goals down in the first half, Mriehel ESS made a good come-back with three goals but by the end, Luxol scored another two goals. Andy Mangion and Emil Andrei Raducu each notched a hat-trick, Zvezdan Vukovic scored twice and George Frendo also put his name on the scorers’ list. Mriehel ESS’ goals came from Eslam Khalifa, Ayoub Ahmad and Daniel Mifsud.
Valletta made it five wins out of five as they beat Swieqi United 6-4. Valletta saw another great debut of another Georgian player Buta Kakabadze who scored three times. Mohamed Lamari, Dylan Musu and Xavier Saliba scored one each while Swieqi’s goals were thanks to Shota Chanukvadze, Erick Vinicius Crispim ‘Pitoko’ and a brace from Zuka Lukava.
Junior College continue to chase their first win after losing 16-3 to Pietà. University of Malta beat Swieqi United U-21 14-2, Hamrun Tre Angeli bagged another three points against Qormi, winning 5-1 while Marsaskala lost 8-2 to Tarxien JMI.
