Sliema Beach Soccer are the Malta Beach Soccer League Champions after defeating Hamrun Beach Soccer 7-6 in a highly entertaining clash filled with intensity and top-level tactical play from both sides.
Sliema came out strong with a 3–0 lead, and although Ħamrun fought back to narrow the gap, Sliema emerged as winners.
Meanwhile St. George’s won the first-ever Women’s Beach Soccer League after defeating Swieqi United in the penalty shoot-out following a 1-1 draw.
