The Mellieha Challenge Cup got underway on Monday with a 6-3 win for hosts Mellieha SC over Sirens.

In another match from the other group, Gozitan side Xaghra United beat Swieqi United 3-2.

On Wednesday, Sirens take on Pietà Hotspurs in the first game at 18:30 while at 20:30, Xaghra United face Gzira United.
