In the second day of the Mellieha Challenge Cup, Sirens FC held Pietà Hotspurs to a goalless draw which sees the Pietà side needing a win the last group game against hosts Mellieha SC to qualify for the final.

Gzira United dominated the other match and beat Gozitan side Xaghra United 3-0, and now need one point in their next match against Swieqi to secure the other place in the final game.
