A former player of Vittoriosa Stars, Mqabba, Senglea Athletic, Tarxien Rainbows and Gudja United, Bartolo holds a UEFA B Licence and coached the senior teams of Gudja United and Santa Lucia.
He was also part of the technical staff of the Tarxien Rainbows and Floriana FC nurseries.
