Renzo Kerr-Cumbo appointed Gudja United coach

Gudja United have appointed Renzo Kerr-Cumbo as their coach. He replaces Jesmond Zammit after the latter and the club had agreed to part ways.

Gudja share the bottom spot with Sirens and Santa Lucia and although they are the only team yet to register a win in the BOV Premier League, they earned their points in six draws out of eleven matches.

For Kerr-Cumbo, this will be his first experience as coach in the Premier League although he worked as assistant coach with Mqabba, Sliema Wanderers and Tarxien Rainbows. On the other hand, he coached a number of teams in the First Division/Challenge League, including Gudja United and more recently, Qrendi.
