Zabbar St. Patrick stay one point ahead of Melita after the two teams shared the spoils in a 1-1 draw in a match from the 360Sports Malta Premier Closing Round at the Tony Bezzina Stadium on Saturday.
Zabbar, now share the seventh place with Gzira, with Melita sharing the ninth place with Mosta.
Melita took the lead one minute from the end of the first half when Gareth Barone hit home from close range after receiving an assist from the right.
Two minutes in added time, Marcelo Santos equalised thanks to a penalty after Stefan Ilic was brought down by Jesus Yepez.
