Eight players from the YoHealth Malta Premier were handed a one-match ban by the Malta FA Disciplinary Commissioner.
The players are Aleandro Garzia (Birkirkara), Brooklyn Borg (Gzira), Leandro Aguirre (Marsaxlokk), Gustavo Campos (Naxxar), Fernandinho (Sliema), Nhayson (Tarxien), Neil Micallef (Valletta) and Nicholas James Agius (Zabbar).
In the BOV Challenge League, Eric Mensah (Melita) was banned for three matches while Duvan Mosquera and Randall Vella (Birzebbuga), Gary Camilleri (Sirens), Mattia Galliano and Rodolfo Soares (St. Andrews), Jamie Cutajar (Gudja), Azriel Borg (Mgarr) and Redeemer Muscat (Mtarfa) were suspended for one match.
In the BOV Amateur League I, David James Saliba (Kirkop), Ismael Borg (Mellieha), Kieren Micallef (Mellieha), Tyrone Fenech (Pembroke), Dario Borg, Dylan Mifsud and Cedric Zahra (Xghajra) and Ryan Cauchi (Zejtun) were banned for one match while Aaron Alfredo Doda (Gharghur), Edward Bugeja (Siggiewi) and Vitor Hugo (Ta’ Xbiex) were banned for one match in the BOV Amateur League II.
