Hamrun Spartans secured the services of Massimo Grima and Terence Scerri on loan from Valletta. The news was confirmed by Valletta FC’s official website www.vallettafc.net
Grima has already spent the last two years on loan with the Spartans. He started his career with Pietà Hotspurs, making his Premier League debut in season 1996/97. In summer 1998, he moved to Sliema Wanderers.
Early in season 2003/04, he moved to Valletta on loan. After spending another season on loan with the Citizens, he made a permanent move to the capital in summer 2005. Since then, he had loan spells with Mosta and Qormi.
Terence Scerri made his Premier League debut with Hibernians, moving to Valletta in summer 2009. Last season, he spent a long time on the side-lines due to a long suspension and a court ban.
