The Magpies have earlier reached an agreement with two new foreigners, namely former Montenegro Under-21 international goalkeeper Pavle Velimirović and Spanish midfielder Dani Peláez.
Pavle Velimirović started his career with FK Crvena Stijena in Montenegro before joining FK Partizan in Serbia. He went on to play for Kecskeméti TE in Hungary, OFK Petrovac in Montenegro, ŁKS Łódź in Poland and Etar 1924 in Bulgaria.
On the other hand, Daniel Peláez Bellido played in Spain for UC Ceares, Malaga CF, UD Lanzarote, Club Marino de Luanco, C.D. Llanes and Candás C.F.
Rabat Ajax, now under the guidance of coach Steve D’Amato assisted by Joe Gerada, could still sign a fifth foreigner along Montenegrin defender Ivan Carapic and Spanish midfielder Diego Carrillo Pendas.
