Tarxien Rainbows and Mosta reached an agreement over the transfer on loan of Daniel Mariano Bueno to the latter club for one year.
After playing for Atlético Sorocaba, Inoroeste and EC Santo André in Brazil, he had a short spell with Omiya Ardija in Japan before returning to Brazili to play for AD São Caetano and Atlético Sorocaba. In 2007, he moved to Europe where he joined Sigma Olomouc in the Czech Republic. The following season, he signed for Tarxien Rainbows where he was an immediate hit, scoring 23 goals in 23 matches during his first season with the club.
In 2009/10, Bueno was transferred to Odra Wodzisław Śląski but in 2010/11, he was back with the Rainbows. At the end of 2012/13, he returned to Brazil but mid-way through last season, he returned with Tarxien but scored just three goals in eleven matches.
Meanwhile as part of the deal, Kane Farrugia and Alex Cini will join Tarxien Rainbows on loan for one year.
A product of Sliema Wanderers, Farrugia joined Mosta in 2010/11 and after sending two years with the club, he was loaned to Floriana in 2012/13. He started last season with the Blues but in January, he was transferred to Sliema on loan until the end of the season. On the other hand, Alex Cini is a product of Mosta.
