Newly-promoted First Division side Pembroke Athleta continued to strengthen their squad with the signing of thirty-one year old midfielder Roderick Bajada.
A product of the Hamrun Spartans Nursery, Bajada made his Premier League debut in season 2000/01. He moved to Msida St. Joseph in summer 2004 but in January 2006, he joined Sliema Wanderers. Apart from a spell on loan with Marsaxlokk in 2009/10, he joined Valletta on loan for the latter part of season 2011/12.
Roderick Bajada joined Tarxien Rainbows in summer 2012 but the following season, he moved to Qormi where he spent the last two years.
Pembroke had earlier secured the services of Ousmane Sidibe and Glenn Azzopardi.
