Tarxien Rainbows FC secured the services of thirty two year old goalkeeper Andrea Cassar and twenty one year old forward William James England.

A product of Hamrun Spartans, Andrea Cassar spent one year on loan at Pembroke Athleta before joining Tarxien Rainbows where he spent four years. He then moved to Floriana where he spent two years and following one season at Floriana, he spent the last three years with Sirens.

On the other hand, William James England is a product of St. Andrews.

Tarxien, who have confirmed coach Jacques Scerri, had earlier signed goalkeeper Miguel Spiteri and Andreas Vella, Luke Anthony Borg and Kyle Gatt and confirmed Matthew Tabone, Miguel D’Alessandro and Sheldon Mizzi.
