Naxxar Lions FC signed Brazilian thirty year old left back Hermenegildo Neto Francisco Borges.

Throughout his career, Neto was on the books of Rio Branco, Estrela, Boa Esporte, Porto Vitoria, CRAC, Arapongas and Altos.

Meanwhile Naxxar have also signed eighteen year old Deisler Agius from Valletta and welcomed back twenty six year old midfielder Mark Fenech after spending last season on loan with Sirens.

The Lions, who have confirmed George Vella as their coach, had earlier signed Christian Gauci, Felippe Bugeja and Jayden Fenech.
