Under-19 National Team Coach Vasco Regini has named a 27-man squad for the upcoming international friendlies away to Latvia.
The team will be travelling for a double-header against Latvia, with matches set to take place on 5th September and 7th September 2025, with kick-off at 16:00hrs (CET) and 11:00hrs (CET), respectively. Both games will be held at the J. Skredela Stadium in Riga, Latvia.
This will be the first window that the U19 National Team will be led by Coach Regini.
These two matches will serve as preparation for the team ahead of the upcoming 2026 UEFA European U19 Championship Qualifiers. Malta has been drawn in Group 13 in the Qualifying Round, where they will be taking on Czechia, Northern Ireland, and Azerbaijan. The matches will be held in November 2025.
