San Gwann and Xghajra Tornados registered comfortable wins in the first two matches from the Round of 32 of the BOV Amateur Cup at the Centenary Stadium on Friday.
At the Centenary Stadium, San Gwann beat Marsaskala 5-0 thanks to goals by Gonzalo Nicolas Virano on 8 minutes, Hytem Kabar on 19 minutes, Matteo Vella on 47 and 56 minutes and Jerome Grima on 74 minutes.
On the other hand, at the Victor Tedesco Stadium, Xghajra Tornados beat Siggiewi 4-0. Larson Mallia put Xghajra ahead on 21 minutes. Raylon Kaylon Paisley scored twice on 49 and 62 minutes with Shaban Chikh Ali adding antoher on 65 minutes.
San Gwann and Xghajra Tornados will be facing each other in the Round of 16.
