Floriana secured the services of Malta twenty six year old international Myles Beerman.
A product of Floriana, Beerman, formally joined Manchester City in 2014 although he had actually moved to Manchester earlier. He moved to Rangers in 2016, making his senior team debut in the latter part of season 2016/17. In January 2018, he joined Scottish Championship club Queen of the South on loan but in summer 2018, returned to Malta, joining Birkirkara on loan. The club decided to terminate his contract in January and he moved to Gzira United. In summer 2019, he signed for Hibernians on a three-year deal but moved to Sliema on loan in summer 2020. On his return to Hibernians he was utilised by the Paolites in the UEFA Europa Conference League matches before moving to Sliema on a five year deal.
The Greens had earlier signed two players from Bosnia and Herzegovina – twenty six year old midfielder Alen Kurtalić and twenty five year old forward Kenan Dervišagić.
A product of Sloboda Tuzla, Kurtalic played for Zvijezda Gradacac on loan and FC Vysocina Jihlava in Czechia before joining Bishkek City in Kyrgyztan. On the other hand, Dervisagic, is a product of FK Sarajevo and played for FK Rudar Kakanj, Radnik Hadzici, OFK Gradina and Sloboda Tuzla before moving to Bishkek City.
