Marsaxlokk registered a second successive win in the YoHealth Malta Premier Closing Round league phase as they defeated Birkirkara 1-0 at the Centenary Stadium on Saturday.
For Birkirkara, this was the second consecutive defeat and the eighth defeat in nine matches.
Following a goalless first half during which the Southseasiders were unlucky to hit the crossbar through new signing Rasmus Linden, they managed to notch the winner on 59 minutes courtesy of Dodo.
