Under the leadership of Andrei Agius, Hibernians managed to hold Valletta in a 1-1 draw in a match from the YoHealth Malta Premier Closing Round at the National Stadium on Saturday.
A draw which puts the Paolites on level points with Birkirkara in eighth place but the Stripes have a game in hand. Valletta, on the other hand, join Naxxar and Slieja on 13 points, one behind Gzira and four behind third placed Marsaxlokk.
Sava Radic put the Citizens ahead on the hour Miullen equalised fifteen minutes later. The Brazilian forward was then sent off by referee Daniel Portelli.
