Melita were the first team to reach the semi-finals of the BOV Challenge Cup as they defeated Pieta’ Hotspurs in a match from the quarter finals at the VIctor Tedesco Stadium on Tuesday.

Jesus Yepez scored the only goal as he converted a penalty three minutes in the second half.
