Xewkija Tigers joined Birzebbuga St. Peter’s, Melita and SK Victoria Wanderers in the semi-finals of the BOV Challenge Cup after defeating Gudja United 3-2 at the Centenary Stadium on Thursday.
Brian Parada put Xewkija ahead on 19 minutes Jamie Carbone equalised two minutes later. Matthias Said restored the lead on 28 minutes and although Antiago De Flavia levelled matters on the half hour, Brian Parada made it 3-2 for Jesmond Zammit’s side.
