The draws for the Assikura Women’s Knockout and the Assikura Women’s Youth Knockout were held earlier on Monday, deciding the paths that each team will take on the road to the final.
Six teams entered each competitions this year. For both the Assikura Women’s Knockout and the Assikura Women’s Youth Knockout, four of the six teams were drawn to face one another in a preliminary round encounter. The two winners of each match will then face the two remaining teams, who automatically progressed to the semi-finals through a bye.
Malta FA Match Operations Manager Stewart Said held the draws, which provided a series of intriguing encounters across the two competitions.

The first draw that was held was for the Assikura Women’s Youth Knockout, with the preliminary round matches set to be held on 21st and 22nd April 2026. The semi-finals will then be held on 28th and 29th April 2026, with the final set to be held on either 9th or 10th May 2026.

The second draw, for the Assikura Women’s Youth Knockout, followed. The preliminary round matches for this competition will take place on 4th April 2026. The semi-finals will be played on 25th April 2026, with the final to be played on 1st May 2026.
