Mqabba moved third in the BOV Amateur League I as they defeated Kirkop United 2-0 at the Centenary Stadium on Thursday.
Jeremy Busuttil put Mqabba ahead on 13 minutes and Luka Mijic converted a penalty seven minutes from the end of the first half.
Attard lead the way with 53 points, followed by Victoria on 48, Mqabba 44, Qormi 43, Lija 40, San Gwann 30, Qrendi 26, Kirkop and Mellieha 24, Senglea 22, Zejtun, Pembroke and Luqa 21 and Xghajra 20.
