Mosta secured the services of thirty three year old Brazilian left wingback Thiago Espindola de Paula.

Thiaguinho played for Tupi FC, Anapolis and Rio Branco EC in Brazil before moving to Malta to join Hamrun Spartans in 2017. He spent one year with the Spartans. He moved back to Brazil where he had a short spell with EC Tigres but returned to Malta in summer 2019 to sign for Sirens where he spent two years, moving to Gzira United in 2021. He joined Sliema Wanderers last summer.

Mosta also signed nineteen year old right back Lydon Seychell from Valletta.

The Blues had earlier signed Geoffrey Acheampong and agreed new deals with Sacha Cachia, Nevin Portelli and Kurt Zammit
