Hibernians secured the services of twenty eight year old Argentine right back Leandro Lacunza.

Lacunza Lacunza played in Argentina throughout his career for a number of clubs, namely Olimpo, Guillermo Brown, Chacarita Juniors and CA Alvarado before moving to Malta to join Birkirkara in summer 2024.

The Paolites had earlier appointed Tuğberk Tanrıvermiş as their new coach and signed Joseph Mbong, Nathan Agius and Pablo Sanchez.
