FK Partizani of Albania scored twice in the second half to beat Valletta 2-0 in the first leg of the UEFA Youth League domestic champions path round 1 at the Centenary Stadium on Wednesday. 

Following a goalless first half, Erald Renga put Partizani ahead on 63 minutes and six minutes later, Ergit Hyka doubled the score.

The second leg will be played on October 14 in Tirana.
