Zebbug Rangers set to sign Valletta duo

zebbug-rangersNewly-promoted Premier League side Zebbug Rangers are set to continue to strengthen their squad with the signing of Jean Pierre Mifsud Triganza and Yessous Camilleri on loan from Valletta.

A product of Floriana, Jean Pierre Mifsud Triganza played for Msida St. Joseph in the lower divisions before establishing himself with the Greens. Mid-way through season 2003/04, he was transferred to Birkirkara. In summer 2009, he joined Sliema Wanderers but mid-way through season 2011/12, he returned with the Stripes. Mifsud Triganza joined Valletta last January, helping the Citizens to claim the double.

On the other hand, Yessous Camilleri is a product of Valletta. After spending one year on loan with Rabat Ajax in Division 2 and two years with Balzan, Camilleri started last season with the Citizens, only to join Zebbug in Division 1 in the January transfer window.

Zebbug have earlier signed Obinna Obiefule from Hibernians and Matias Muchardi from Sliema Wanderers.
