Danilo Doncic is the new coach of Sliema Wanderers after Mark Marlow was relieved from his duties on Monday.

Doncic, a former player of Valletta and Sliema, coached San Gwann and Floriana before moving to Bulgaria where he was assistant coach at Lokomotiv Sofia and then Kavala in Greece. He was then appointed as coach of Kavala before his contract was terminated in December.

Marlow had been appointed as Sliema coach in January last year.
