Vittoriosa Stars Nursery launched their new season last Saturday with a meeting for children attending the nursery and their parents.

The President of the Vittoriosa Stars Nursery and Vittoriosa Stars Football Club spoke about the co-operation between the club and the nursery and how the children’s progress will be assessed as they progress to the newly-set-up Cottonera United Youth Nursery which brings together the three Cottonera nurseries to take part in Youth FA competitions.

The speakers emphasised that apart from football, the nursery aims at educating the children who attend the nursery.

During the meeting, the new coaches who will be in charge of the Under-13 side and the women’s team were presented. The new Macron kits were also presented during the meeting.

The Nursery thanks all committee members for their voluntary work and the sponsors, in particular main sponsor Macron.
