The San Gwann Nursery Technical Team organized a Coaches instructional Meeting on the 2nd February. The theoretical and practical sessions were conducted by MFA Technical Centre coach Josef Mansueto and were meant to demonstrate the basic principles of the 4v4+gk and how they are transferred to the 7v7+gk.

This was the first in a series of Instructional meetings that the Nursery is organizing for it’s technical staff for this season, and a second session is due on the 25th February.

The San Gwann Nursery has always taken the development of its coaches seriously and in the past couple of years no fewer than five of its coaches have acquired or developed further their coaching licences, and a group from these coaches also participated in an International Training Seminar in Italy funded by the European Union in 2011.
